Position overview:
The Digital Coordinator will significantly contribute to transform the way EXPAND provides its services, through the development and deployment of digital solutions. The Digital Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the EXPAND digital initiatives, support the design, piloting and roll out of digital solutions and ensuring that feedback and learning from the field are taken into consideration in the development of strategies and products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities

IT Modernization.
- Coordinate and manage digital EXPAND initiatives
- Support learning and development of staff on digital initiatives

Create and develop materials, templates and training modules to support in educating and engaging with relevant clients on the methodology.
- Reskill employees
- Implement automation to accelerate customer support and service.
- Design and develop innovative digital strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, or computer science or any related field.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
- Proficiency in Odoo software.
- Being remote-ready.
- Developing a cohesive digital strategy, implementing innovative solutions, and managing change to boost growth and operational efficiency.
- Ability to think critically, communicate at all levels and actively listen. Should have exemplary writing skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt and tailor messages according to the audience.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
