I don’t know if you are feeling the same but I was personally very frustrated several times when I go out; whether shopping, eating out, doing SPA or whatever customer experience, I was always deceived by the bad management in most of the places, even in big institutions like banks and hospitals.
Whenever I get annoyed by the bad behavior of staff, their laziness or their gossiping in front of clients, I would call the management to raise the issue and I was always surprised by the following: either they are not available, or they don’t care, or they apologize but do nothing about it. Many of them would complain that these days you can’t find good employees and there is not enough budget to train and develop them.
After several discussions and frustrations, and coming from a problem-solving background, I decided to move out from my comfort zone and do something about it: I realized that planning is not enough, training is not sufficient, but Small and Medium Enterprises need a full circle of management solution starting from the top management moving to all administrative and essential departments of the business.
The program has been structured in a way to measure all the small parts of the process, increase the efficiency of every employee, make sure that everyone is treated fairly: owners, teams and customers.
